New Automated Sample Preparation System
The New GPC AutoPrep 2000 automates the separation of interfering co-extractives from target analytes in environmental and food samples prior to GC or GC/MS analysis, greatly reducing GC downtime and extending the life of analytical columns.
The new system integrates an autosampler, allowing up to 60 samples to be automatically cleaned and collected in flasks. Windows®-based software control provides flexibility and control over the GPC cleanup. The GPC AutoPrep 2000 is applicable to all GPC cleanup methods, including SW-846 Method 3640A, and is compatible with all GPC columns OI Analytical offers.
AutroPrep 2000 features include, high capacity and high efficiency column options, automatic clean up for up to 60 crude residue extracts, automatic rinsing of flow path between samples eliminates carryover contamination and interchangeable sample loops. The system greatly reduces GC or GC/MS downtime and incorporates a universal cleanup technique for a wide range of organic compounds.
The AutroPrep 2000 is suitable for a wide range of applications including, USEPA SW-846 Method 3640A, Statement of Work (SOW) for USEPA Contract Lab Program, FDA Pesticide Analytical Methods, Vol. 1, official methods of analysis of the AOAC, plant tissue, animal tissue, pesticides, soil, sludge, and sediment.
