New Low Cost Calorimeter System

Sartec Limited has introduced the CAL2K-ECO, a new low cost, stand-alone calorimeter system. This small and compact unit is designed for low volume applications up to 1 sample per hour with one vessel. Its price performance makes it an ideal choice for universities, research, animal feed industries, brick manufacturers and food manufacturing.

Developed by Digital Data Systems (DDS), the CAL2K-ECO is part of a family of calorimeters that measure the calorific value of both solids and liquids. The CAL2K-ECO uses no water and will cool naturally while standing on the workbench. No operator input is required during analysis and results are available through the supplied Windows PC software. The system conforms to ISO, DIN and ASTM standards.

The CAL2K Calorimeter System forms part of a diverse product portfolio available from Sartec, which includes gas chromatographs, fuel analysers, mercury analysers, GPC clean up systems and elemental analysers.
